Corona virus would not have spread if we followed this simple ancient Indian scientific practice

Namaste!

India has been a great source of attraction since ages due to its magnificent culture, food, monuments, temples and most importantly science.

In today's world, when we talk about science, we only think of the USA or the Japan or the Russia etc. But, the fact is that The ancient Indians have been far more ahead of the world when it comes to science.

There are several scientific facts that needs our attention in day-to-day life.  But not everyone is capable of understanding the science behind everything. So to make everyone aware and believe in scientific facts, Indian's started to make it a daily habit on the name of God, rituals, festivals which the modern-day world calls myths. So,knowingly or unknowingly one would never fail to follow those scientific practices.

One of such scientific practice followed by the Indian's till today is " Don't do anything or go out for any sort of work if you sneeze before doing something or going somewhere".

Strange!!! Isn't it???

Of course, it sounds rubbish.  Why would anyone stop their work for a small sneeze?

Were the Indians insane?

Looks like,  they were!!!

Well, let me explain you in layman's language so that everyone can understand the real science behind it.

Modern science says that just before we sneeze, a very high pressure is created in our chest as our chest muscle compress our lungs and our vocal cord closes. When your vocal cords suddenly open again, air is driven up your respiratory tract and through your nose at a high speed. Your eyes shut and your diaphragm moves up as your chest muscles contract, releasing air from your lungs. That air allows thousands of droplets to project from your nose and mouth as a way to get rid of the allergen or irritant.

One of the reasons of not doing anything just after a sneeze is that the sneezing process creates a lot of stress on muscle as the air leaves out at a dramatically high speed of 100 mph. So the Indian's allowed the stress to realise from their body by sitting down or simply standing for a while i.e about 15-20 secs, there after getting back to routine work.

Also, a single sneeze can spread up to 2000-5000 droplets in air. And one will continue sneezing till the irritant is not thrown away.  It may be possible that irritant is not out yet, and you start moving to other places and sneeze - thus spreading germs at different places.  So, it was a practice to stay where you were to avoid the spreading of germs.

Such a small practice was so scientific that it took care of the person sneezing as well as the people nearby by not allowing germs to spread.

Corona virus or Covid-19 has created a pandemic like no other viruses have done before.  It is one of the most contagious diseases. And the primary transmission of Covid-19 or Corona virus is coming in proximity with the one affected by this virus. When a person sneezes or coughs, several minute droplets are spread across from nose and mouth. If this droplets enters someone's nose, eyes or mouth directly or through any other surface they have touched before,  they are at high risk of getting caught up by Corona virus or Covid-19. The easiest way to protect yourself and others from this deadly virus is getting self quarantined or maintaining social distancing. This is so similar to what ancient Indians practices - as discussed earlier.

Ancient Indian's were so scientifically sound. There are many more practices like sitting while drinking water; throwing a coin in river to fulfill wishes, idol worship etc.

A 15,000 Years old - The Legend of Dhyan Lingam

Many thousand years ago, there was a yogi whose name was Sunira; we believe Sunira was just the next generation after the Saptarishis. He lived and worked in the mountains which are presently in Nepal and he took on an impossible project. Sunira saw that human consciousness could be evolved if you produce a perfect human being who could render this to all sorts of people. In a way he comes from the tradition of Shiva; somewhere it's his dream to build another being like that. He wants to build a living Shiva once again,a perfect teacher for the world who is completely multi-dimensional, not this kind of teaching or that kind of teaching. As Shiva explored the human consciousness and human body in every possible way, he wants that kind of living being. So he started building the energy body for that kind and then he believed that he could build a physical body on top of that and let him loose in the world with a lifespan of a few hundred or thousand years so that he will transform...
